How do I find the Ink or Toner that is suitable for my machine?
There are 3 different but easy ways to find your cartridge on our website.
Method 1. If you know the number of the cartridge you require ie: Q2612A,Q7553A,CLI-8 simply type this in to the search panel at the top left hand side of the home page.If you do not know the cartridge number,only the machine type then follow either of the steps below.
Method 2.Click on the SUPPLIES WIZARD 'Red Tab' at the top of the home page.Choose the manufacturer of your machine ie HP, Then just scroll down the list of printers in the 'printers' dropdown to find your printer model.The wizard will then give you an Original and Compatible option for your printer.
Method 3. Click on any of the tabs under the 'Products' heading. Click on any of the manufacturers Logos and simply pick your machine from the list.

Schools,Colleges & Public Sector:
Orders from Schools,Colleges and Local Authorities must be faxed on letterheaded paper,displaying the delivery address,contact name and number and the list of items you wish to order including the individual prices for each item.
Please Fax the order to 021-4321723
When you are registering a new Business account simply tick the 13B box underneath the Company name and fill in the 13B number in the following space provided.
Finally fax us a copy of your Vat13B form to 021-4321723 for our records.
No goods will be despatched until we have an up to date copy of this form
Ink & Toner Solutions Ltd fully endorses and impliments the rights of the consumer under 'EU Distance Selling Directive'.
With this in mind the customer is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period where the goods purchased can be returned without reason and penalty. The goods must be returned to Ink & Toner Solutions in the original packaging, unopened and in saleable condition.If these conditions are met we will issue a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
Please make sure you order the correct ink cartridges for your printer. If you are unsure, pick up the phone or drop us a line and we will be glad to help. Goods ordered in error will incur a 20% restocking fee provided they are returned in original packaging and in saleable condition.
I have received a faulty Genuine/Original or Compatible product
It is extremely rare these days to have a faulty Ink or Toner Cartridge.
If you do receive a faulty product please contact us by using any of the methods in our 'Contact us' section under the 'Information Tab'.
