Where are you located?

Ink & Toner Solutions Ltd are a 100% Irish owned company based in Cork, Ireland. Our retail store address is inkshop.ie, 18 Georges Quay, Cork, Ireland. Eircode T12 YRT9.

How much is delivery?

We deliver from Ireland to Ireland and delivery is €3.95. We use An Post express label service for the majority of our deliveries.

What does the delivery estimate mean?

• Estimated delivery of 1-2 days, this product is in-stock and will ship same day for orders placed before 3 pm.
• Estimated delivery of 2-3 days, this product is supplied to us locally which generally adds one extra day.
• Estimated delivery of 3-4 days, this product will usually take 2 days to arrive into stock.
• Estimated delivery of 4-5 days, this product is supplied to us from the UK, which usually adds two or three extra days.
• Estimated delivery of 7-8 days, this product is supplied to us from the mainland Europe, which adds a minimum of four extra days.

Will XL printer ink fit in my printer?

XL cartridges are designed to last longer, so that you can print more pages before needing a replacement. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the physical size of the cartridge is larger, it’s the capacity of ink inside that is increased. So if you’re worried the cartridge won’t fit in your printer, don’t worry, it will, and you can always contact us to double check your purchase for peace of mind.
